Founding of VZH Inc.

Van Zyl Hertenberger Inc. was established on 1 March 2011 in Johannesburg by Sanet Van Zyl and Renate Hertenberger. The two attorneys, previously co-directors at Schwarz North Inc., joined forces to create a new legal practice shaped by shared values and professional experience.

Practice Opens in Johannesburg

VZH Inc. officially opened its doors on 1 March 2011 at Visiomed Office Park. Both founding directors brought their established client networks and support staff, allowing for a seamless transition into independent practice.

Cape Town Branch Opens

In 2019, attorney Niki joined the team, contributing to the firm’s expansion into Cape Town. This growth strengthened its national presence and enhanced its ability to serve clients in both major legal and commercial centres.
