Sanet has well over 20 years experience in property law, specialising in residential as well as commercial transfers and bonds. She is currently on the Nedbank Limited panel, attending to the registration of business and commercial bonds. Sanet has experience in attending to large commercial property transfers involving the registration of syndicated security.
Notwithstanding her focus on the above, Sanet is competent in the drafting of commercial and residential property agreements, notarial tie agreements, subdivisions, consolidations, excisions, township registrations and the opening of sectional title registers.
