Niki is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience. She is a specialist in the area of start-up businesses in South Africa. Niki has spent many years as a partner at a large prestigious law firm advising on appropriate business vehicles and the structure thereof, the statutory obligations relevant to the entity, the drafting of applicable commercial agreements to operate the entity, internally, as well as those which govern the entity’s interaction with third parties. Through her involvement with company set ups, Niki has developed a specialist immigration skill set to offer a range of immigration services to her foreign clients.
Niki is proficient in the drafting and reviewing of a range of commercial and corporate contracts, notarial agreements, notarial bonds and antenuptial contracts. Niki has also litigated in most of South Africa’s High Courts, the Supreme Court of Appeals and in Magistrates Courts in and around Cape Town and holds a Right of Appearance in the High Court.
